I run a number of specific Baby & Me classes that are designed with the pregnant and postnatal person in mind, where babies are welcome to play in the designated playmat area. Focus on getting strong through dumbbell, TRX, bodyweight and banded exercises. My Functional Fitness classes are also Pregnancy Friendly, so you can continue to train at a time that might suit you better.

I run a mix of Postnatal and Pregnancy Classes that will help you throughout pregnancy and beyond. With a mix of bodyweight, banded, weighted and mobility exercises my Strength & Mobility classes will have you feel strong throughout all stages of motherhood. Babies are more than welcome to join you on the mat. My Pregnancy Yoga is perfect if you are looking for something more chill.
